We are an ISO certified company dedicated to exceeding our customer’s expectations. From our 20,000 square foot facility in Downers Grove, Illinois, we provide pad printing and other decorating and assembly services for injection molders, the automotive, medical, electrical and cosmetics industries, ASI suppliers and distributors and producers of virtually anything plastic, glass, or metal. By keeping abreast of the newest technology and the latest techniques, Jim Gerberich, the owner of Unique Assembly & Decorating, Inc., and our skilled staff have remained one step ahead of the competition as leaders in custom product decorating.
Using the finest single color and multicolor pad printers, single color and multicolor screen printers, high speed dry-offset machines, heat transfer decal and hot stamp machines, we are capable of processing multiple orders at the same time. As a result, we have shorter lead times, and higher daily output. We take great pride in our ability to produce the finest quality in custom decoration and pad printing to specification and on time.
Although we provide a variety of decorating processes, our pad printing services set us apart from our competition. We have one-color pad printers that utilize both open well and sealed cup technology. We also have multicolor pad printers that can print four color process and up to five color spot images. We are capable of pad printing gradients, half-tones, and tight registration for multicolor images.
As our name suggests, we also provide some assembly services. Normally we are contracted for light hand assembly or packaging projects. We are also capable of sonic welding and spin welding.
