Our high speed screen printing machines are equipped with pressures sensitive labelers. Therefore, using these high speed screen printers, we can decorate a bottle or jar with up to three colors , or we can decorate your bottle or jar with a combination of screen printing (up to three colors) and a pressure sensitive label (front back pressure sensitive labeling or full wrap pressure sensitive labeling). For example, we can apply a pressure sensitive label to the front of a bottle or jar and screen print a three color image on the back of the container – all in one pass.
While many custom decorators and product fillers have screen printing and pressure sensitive labeling capabilities, few can match our pad printing capability which has proven extremely valuable to our cosmetic and personal care customers. As bottle shapes become more complex, screen printing and pressure sensitive labeling are not always a viable product decorating option. With creative automation and tooling designs, Unique can make pad printing a cost effective decorating option for the cosmetic and personal care industry.
