Hot Stamping
What is Hot Stamping
Hot stamping is a dry printing process. In hot stamping, a metallic or color pigment is transferred from a roll of foil to the part by way of heat and pressure. The heat and pressure releases the foil to the part to form a permanent bond with the part.
Hot Stamping Capabilities
Our hot stamping machines are also equipped with heat transfer decal capabilities. This gives us the ability to apply preprinted single to multicolor heat transfer decals.
Our hot stamping and printing services can be a cost-effective way to decorate parts. Plastic, leather, textiles, wood, and paper can all be decorated using the hot stamping method. Hot stamping is also the process used to decorate raised lettering, as known as tipping, or to emboss the image into the part.
