Single Color Pad Printing
When we receive sample parts from our customers, we run a series of tests to determine if a part needs to be pre-treated, post-treated, and/or clear coated. From these tests, we decide on an ink type and a curing process that, when combined, will achieve the maximum adhesion for each part.
For example, the cap pictured is made of polypropylene. Because we pre-treat each part before we custom pad print it, we are able to meet our adhesion and scratch resistance requirements.
