Single Color Pad Printing Examples

For single color pad printing projects, Unique has an army of single color pad printing equipment, including: open well pad printers, 60 mm sealed cup pad printers, 90 mm sealed cup pad printers, 130 mm sealed cup pad printers, 150 mm sealed cup pad printer, and 90 mm cup slide printers. This cup slide allows you to pad print images up to 23” wide in one pass.
Depending on the project requirements, we can single hit pad print one color image, or we can double hit pad print the images to increase the ink opacity and abrasion resistance. For additional ink durability, we can pad print a UV clear coat over a pad printed image. Or, when necessary, we can also pad print an image using sublimation inks.
