Hot Stamping Cylindrical Surfaces
With our foil banding services, we can apply a foil band on virtually any shaped plastic cap, closure, collar or dispenser shroud with an impressive, high-end appearing reflective metallic foil or a high gloss opaque colored foil which is not achievable with pad printing or screen printing inks.
With multiple production lines for foil banding, we have served the Health & Beauty / Personal Care Industry quality products decorated with our foil banding services. With this high-speed foil banding process, we can decorate 10,000 or more parts per day per line resulting in low decorating cost.
We can also hot stamp round or contoured rigid plastic parts. To hot stamp round and contoured plastic parts, we rely our hot stamp tooling manufacturers to create customer fixture and contoured dies to match the curve or curvature of the part.
