At Unique, we offer the highest quality commercial screen printing on wood products. When commercial screen printing on wood, the challenge can often be the inconsistency of the parts. We have the equipment and experience that allows us to be creative with the fixturing to meet the tolerances and screen print on wood products.
Custom Screen Printing for Wood Parts
For example, unlike plastic injection mold parts with part tolerances of .005” to .010”, the manufacturing processes for wooden parts result in much larger part tolerances. These larger part tolerances make image location repeatability and image registration a challenge. We offer both single color and multicolor for pad printing on wood; however, when screen printing multicolor images, a pass for each color is required.
