Pad & Screen printing for promotional products is a great way to grow awareness of a company or organization. As a service provider to the promotional product industry, Unique provides promotional product decorating services to the promotional product / ad specialty / corporate gift industry. We specialize in product decorating for rigid plastic, glass, and metal items -- we do not decorate soft goods such as t-shirts or paper goods such as business cards. All products are customer supplied; we do not sell promotional items.
Printing on Promotional Products
From our centrally located facility in Downers Grove, IL (Chicago suburbs), we provide pad printing (one to five color spot and four color process), screen printing (flat or cylindrical parts), hot stamping and heat transfer decal decorating for almost any promotional product. We typically assist promotional product distributors with their product decorating needs for products purchased outside the normal supply lines. For example, we pad print many high-end electronic items such as digital cameras, portable GPS units, and most of the iPod products. We also assist promotional product suppliers by augmenting their in-house printing departments or taking on their printing needs entirely. For these customers, we warehouse their products and pull, print, and ship orders daily.

Wood
Unique Assembly & Decorating offers the highest quality pad printing, screen printing, industrial digital ink jet printing, and hot stamping services for wood product decorating. When printing or decorating on wooden products, the challenge can often be the inconsistency of the parts. So, when printing or decorating on wooden substrates, we have to be more creative with the tooling to minimize the effect these larger part tolerances. We have experience printing on baseball bats, cutting boards, wooden napkin holders, wood display boxes, and other wood parts.
